A tri-colour coupler lets three shades of buttercream travel through one bag and out through one tip, so the petals shade naturally from the centre out without any hand-blending. Fill the reusable silicone bag or one of the disposable ones, twist the coupler on, and pipe - the whole kit is built around a stiff buttercream that holds its shape, such as Swiss meringue or a firm American style. The steel tips and plastic fittings go straight in the dishwasher.
