The whole problem with drinking wine outdoors is that grass is not flat. A bottle placed on a picnic blanket tips at the first lean, and a stemmed glass has no chance at all. This solves it by giving both a socket: a hole through the middle of the tabletop takes the bottle and holds it upright, and slots cut into the rim take the glasses by the stem so the base sits under the table and the bowl sits above it. The table stands on three folding legs that push into soft ground and level themselves on a lawn. When you are done, the legs swing flat against the underside and the whole thing carries like a small board under one arm. The top surface between the slots is broad enough for cheese, olives and bread, so it works as a serving board once everyone has a glass.
