Reusable Silicone Baking Liner Mat, Cross-Shaped

A cross-shaped silicone liner folds up into the pan walls so a loaf releases whole instead of tearing against bare metal or paper.

• Cross-shaped design folds to line pan base and sides
• Food-safe, BPA-free silicone
• Woven mesh underside paired with smooth silicone top
• Scalloped, reinforced cutout handles on all four flaps
• Heat-resistant for oven baking
• Rinses clean or goes in the dishwasher

A loaf sticks when there is nothing between the batter and bare metal, and paper liners solve that only until the paper tears or soaks through with butter. This liner is cut in a cross so the centre sits flat under the dough while the four arms fold up the sides of the pan, giving full coverage in one piece rather than a patchwork of parchment. The surface that touches the food is smooth, food-safe silicone, free of BPA, so it releases a finished loaf, cake or batch of rolls without the tearing or sticking that comes with reused paper. The underside is a woven mesh that gives the sheet enough structure to hold its folded shape in the pan instead of slumping back flat the way a single sheet of silicone would. Each of the four flaps ends in a scalloped, reinforced cutout, shaped so a hand or two fingers can hook through and lift the whole liner, loaf and all, straight out of the pan. Because the silicone is heat-resistant, the mat goes into a hot oven without special handling, and because it is reusable, it replaces the ongoing cost of disposable parchment. Cleanup is a rinse under warm water or a cycle in the dishwasher, with no scraping of baked-on residue from pan corners.

Lifts out in one piece
The cross shape covers the base and all four sides of the pan at once, so there is no gap where dough can catch or stick to exposed metal.

Built to be handled
The scalloped cutouts at each end are reinforced for repeated lifting, so the liner comes out of the oven and off the counter without pulling at the seams.

One liner, no more waste
A rinse or a dishwasher cycle gets it ready for the next bake, cutting out the steady purchase and disposal of parchment paper.
